At CCStore, we stand behind the quality of our products and are confident you will love your new bedding. If you are unhappy with your order, we accept returns for items purchased on our site within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Returns

• It's important that you inspect your order on delivery, please check if it's in good condition. CCStore will issue an exchange or a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us directly for assistance. (Please attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing its original packaging and broken part).
• CCStore will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 30 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition (if eligible per the return policy).

Return Conditions

• Returns must be in the state you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
• Please contact us first before returning the item.
• The time frame for return must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
• Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

What you can't send back

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

• All custom products do not support returns.
• All Clearance Items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Used products are not returnable.

How To Return & Refund

• To start a return, you can contact us at service@plaything.cc. (Please attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing its original packaging). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address as well as a code that needs to mark on the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.
